Every signature Ugly Duckling sandwich starts with a house-made English muffin — mixed, griddled and baked fresh right here in the West End. They're technically breakfast sandwiches, but most are available all day, because rules are boring.

Why the muffin matters
Most breakfast sandwiches are an afterthought on a store-bought roll. Ours start the night before with dough, and end with a muffin that's crispy outside, soft inside, and sturdy enough to hold a whole meal. You can even take a 4-pack home from the bakery case.
