What are your hours?
We're open 7 AM to 3 PM, seven days a week. On Mondays we reopen 5–7 PM for Art Mondays.
Do you take reservations?
Nope — we're counter service, first come first served. It moves fast, we promise.
Can I order ahead?
Yes! Order online for pickup or delivery through our ordering page, or call us at 207-536-1819.
Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?
We always have vegetarian sandwiches and sweets. Some items can be made gluten-free-friendly — just ask at the counter.
Is there parking?
Street parking is available on Danforth Street and the surrounding West End blocks.
Do you cater?
Yes — breakfast and lunch platters, pastry boxes and coffee. See our catering page for minimums and lead times.
Do you make wedding cakes?
We do! Custom cakes of all sizes, including tiered and wedding cakes. Start with the custom cakes inquiry form.
Is Ugly Duckling kid-friendly?
Very. English muffin pizzas exist for exactly this reason.
